AccuBANKER T-Support provides best in class service and support for our entire line of currency counters and counterfeit detector. Factory Certified Product Specialists are available to provide customers with technical support, trouble-shooting assistance, problem diagnosis, and repair recommendations for All AccuBANKER Products

Warranty/ QuickTurn Depot

AccuBANKER T-Support agents will assist you in organizing your in-warranty repair through our industry-leading whole unit repair and return process. All components are tested upon receipt and all necessary service and repair is performed by AccuBANKER’s depot repair group. To insure the least disruption of service, our QuickTurn Depot typically return ships service products in less 48 hrs. While under warranty, all replacement parts and labor are provided without charge.

Out of Warranty repairs can also be provided through our QuickTurn Depot Program for a fraction of the cost of onsite service.
