Social Responsibility: AccuBANKER CARES
Since its founding, AccuBANKER and its Associates have been involved in many community activities and charitable giving programs. Together we are committed to supporting a variety of organizations that provide much needed assistance to those in need worldwide.
As AccuBANKER continues to grow, so does its commitment that continues to be a source of pride for all of our Associates worldwide. In addition to a formal corporate giving program which reviews requests from charitable organizations, AccuBANKER's Associates are involved, as departments or individuals, in a variety of charitable events which include food and clothing drives, participation in charity walks, serving on not-for-profit boards, or volunteering their time to their favorite charities during non-work, and working hours.
While AccuBANKER is especially interested in supporting the efforts of technology and education worldwide, the Company feels strongly that in order to be a good corporate citizen you must attempt to touch as many lives as possible. Although the program is not designed to be all to everyone, there are specific areas on which AccuBANKER focuses its giving. However, AccuBANKER is especially favorable toward organizations that apply technology to reduce their overhead so they can better serve their constituency. AccuBANKER will provide funding and purchase discounts and, if possible, in-kind services and equipment to further these efforts.
Through CARE about Education, AccuBANKER supports a number of educational institutions locally, nationally and internationally, but is particularly eager to assist students pursuing technical careers. AccuBANKER's success is founded on its scientific and entrepreneurial innovations. It is, therefore, dedicated to supporting a number of initiatives that propel the continuation of research and innovation within universities and colleges, as well as other venues.
The CARE about Diversity program enables AccuBANKER to support a number of multi-cultural organizations that help to infuse the Company with the many gifts of a diverse employee population, as well as understand and incorporate different ideas into our practices and policies.
Funds are most requested from AccuBANKER's CARE about Serving program because it is the most encompassing. AccuBANKER's "care about serving" supports local and worldwide community organizations, programs and events that provide relief for the hungry and homeless, various health and wellness initiatives and children's program. Assistance comes in the form of not only cash donations, but also volunteerism, food and clothing drives, charity walks and in-kind contributions.
Guidelines for Requests for Donations
To be considered for funding, requests must be made in writing only to the attention of the AccuBANKER CARES Liaison, AccuBANKER USA Corporate Office, 7104 NW 50th Street, Miami, FL 33166. No telephone requests will be honored. Requests must be made by the charity. If an associate makes the request on behalf on the charity, the same guidelines apply. However, the request will only be considered if the associate is personally or financially affiliated with the organization by providing his/her time or a personal donation. Since it is impossible to grant all requests for assistance, the following guidelines apply. (Please note that AccuBANKER is not obligated to support any institutions, groups, charities or other organizations and reserves the right to amend its policy without prior notification to requestors. AccuBANKER's Corporate Giving Program is not a contract and is subject to modification, suspension or cancellation at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of AccuBANKER.)
- Solicitations must be submitted on official organization letterhead and must be a qualified 501 (c) 3 group.
- Name, address and contact information should be included in the cover letters, as well as a brief overview of the organization and how the funds will be used.
- Please outline how the request fits within AccuBANKER's Corporate Contributions parameters.
- Documentation of tax exemption must be provided, as well as a summary of the organization's financial stability (attach appropriate accounting documents).
- Provide organization's relationship with AccuBANKER, if any.
Requests are reviewed quarterly on a calendar year. Please allow 4-8 weeks for a response. If there are extenuating circumstances, please explain that in your Letter of Request.

Equipment or In-Kind Donations
Requests for equipment or other in-kind donations (executive expertise and leadership, seminars, corporate tours, etc.) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are accommodated as appropriate and possible.
